I have an academic Slavic linguistics background but I don't use it much. I work on international digital library projects and I'm interested in unicode for where that can take us in future projects (aside from the sheer coolness of it). I mostly lurk on the list because I'm a newbie and learn a lot from the discussions. So thank you all.

And are any of your corpus linguists, text database people, or maybe database designers? Thanks, Elaine __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Check out the new Yahoo!
