Windows 7 supports display of conjoining jamos, though not in a manner
conforming to Korean standard KS X 1026, which uses additional jamo characters
added in TUS 5.2. There isn't a font that supports conjoining jamos that ships
with Windows 7, though I believe users of MS Office in Korea can purchase an
add-on for Office that includes such fonts.

Windows 8 supports Old Hangul text in a manner that does conform to KS X 1026,
and the version of the Malgun Gothic font in Windows 8 also supports Old
Hangul. Unfortunately, the other Korean fonts that will ship with Windows 8 do
not.
