Bug?: Not able to type పయోఽంబు.... (Telugu)

Hi All,

From one of the books we are trying to Unicodify ... we have below line
              ।।ఓం పయోఽంబువచ్చేత్ తత్రాపి ఓం।। 3

There must not be that dotted circle before the sunna(zero like Telugu
symbol)
Am I missing something? Or is this a bug?
