There isn't one. Nice that NYC is using a different glyph but that doesn't mean 
(1) that it is better than the previous glyph (which it's not; it looks like a 
symbol for "wheelchair olympics" more than for "wheelchair access" or (2) that 
anybody else in the world is going to adopt it.
