But I’m afraid this would be off-topic here and could involve some nasty details.
It really looks hopeless, since browsers and fonts differ. I’d go for an image in practice. It isn’t too bad if you create it in a sufficiently large size, scale it to the font size using the em unit, and provide a useful alt text.
