A search-only collation for normalised, correctly spelt Thai would be simple; it would have no contractions unless you wanted to claim that words containing <U+0E24 THAI CHARACTER RU, U+0E45 THAI CHARACTER LAKKHANGYAO> did not contain <U+0E24>.)
