I'm having problems running IVIB and graphics under the latest Win32 build.
The IVIB toolbar doesn't display, as well as any of the graphics in the help
files. I have a laptop running Win98 which does not have the same problem
running Icon 9.3 for Windows.
Is this problem a result of running Win ME rather than NT? I am a novice
programmer and configuring a build myself is beyond the scope of my
knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.
