The missing graphics in the help files are probably something I can take
care of shortly; the missing IVIB toolbar is more of a mystery to me.
We are using IVIB on Windows a lot and have not seen this problem.

I guess you mean Win98 here, not Win ME. Win98 should work fine. I
will recheck on Win98 since most of our testing is on NT4 and Win2000.
