A 'table' in Icon has no relationship to a 'table' in relational
databases - the two names were coined independently. A table in
Icon is an associative array. However, you can certainly build
a 'many attributed' structure using a combination of records
and/or lists and/or sets.

What are you trying to model? - Perhaps others in this group can
suggest approaches that would help you in Unicon.
