I don't think I need the C interface at this time.
open("/cygdrive/c/file") now works.
read() now works for http files with long lines.
There is some kind of problem with directories.
icont can't find *.u files in Unicon lib directories.
icont can't create ke in another directory.
When ke is moved to another directory, ke can't read
interpreter file header.
