Yes. This updates a location within the specific binaries to point to
their current location. My particular circumstances require the internal
paths in my production binaries to not use the build location. My build
location can be in a state where there are no binaries existing due to
whatever changes I am currently doing. I do add "" around the specified
path though as a precaution.

It is just a quirk of my specific environment. I would not expect many
others to have a similar working environment. When I get a bit more
time, I'll be looking further into the path structure to see if there
may be a more rational approach. If there is, I'll pass it onto to
Clinton for review. As Clinton has previously said, some of this has
been an artefact of the historical work done to get icon running on so
many different machines and operating systems.

Everything now works as it should for me.
