I would appreciate some comments on the proper way to winterize a fresh, potable water system, storage tank, hot water tank, pump, filter, lines etc. Last year I completely drained the tank and the entire system. Another boat owner suggests filling the system up completely. The boat is moored in the Pacific Northwest, freezing temperatures are expected each year.
