Fishin... Drain the water tanks into the bilge, bypass the water heater. Disconnect the "in" hose on the water pump and attach a section of hose. Insert the hose into a bottle of antifreeze and tun on the pressure pump. Open the furthest faucet first and let run until antifreeze appears. Do the same for each faucet. Shut down pump, open the faucets and disconnect the hose. Drain the water heater. I use less than 2 gallons for 36 aft cabin. No need for antifreeze in the tanks at all. Don't disconnect the water heater bypass until you run a few gallons through the system in the Spring. No aftertaste at all.
