Agreed on the .50 cals! Who's gonna man the guns while at home in bed? Honestly, it's not much of a problem. I've a friend with the 27 who says the helm heats up fine underway, off the engine heat. Sitka's got a good harbor, it's tying up in places like Seattle and Vancouver I'm a little more concerned about. Pluggin' everything in and pullin' it all out of the Raymarine everyday just seems like a pain in the a**. Don't worry, this Alaskan rig will packin' some heat alright. A little worried about Canadian customs. Can't wait to be on her. What a bunch of cool folks all the Uniflite guys are up here too! Cheers!
