The stainless window track (channel) is replaceable. I believe it is made by Stanpro, comes in 96-inch lengths and available from Defenders and possibly SeaCure. By now I suspect that the plastic strip has disintegrated. I have never seen any replacement felt as it all comes as part of the track.
Beckson makes a plastic channel but not sure if anyone has used it to replace the stainless.
