Victor: I had the same problem 8 years ago when I moved to florida.I
lived in Huntington Harbor, and the boat was shipped out the end of
dec. and yet they said it was in the slip when they came around.
WRONG! I thimk they just make up things as they go. Again I had to
send them all the paper work, to prove. Mine is also CG registered.
Send what they need and they should leave you alone. On that same
subject I got a tax bill yesterday for income tax and I have not lived
there for 8YEARS. Good luck to you.
