Be VERY careful of anybody or organization that has a religious slant
to any investment or puchase. A few years ago a con man operated in
this area preying on older people. He bilked one man out of $70,000.
You know what the victum said? He said, "I can't believe it, he (the
con man) knelt down and prayed with me."
