Hi, I found this ratcheting hand winch that lay over the railing and crank it up and down. I use a single pin (bold) to keep it from being and anchor. When not in use I reomve it and put in flybridge storage. It's not stainless but it's not in any weather long. I have a 11' inflatable with 10 hp 2 stroke.
