Did you contact Norcold? They sell complete replacement self contained charge unit that fits in your old box, however it is not cheep. I do not know if they have one for the 726 so give them a call. The compressor/motor just went out, They don't make this or parts anymore. Anyone aware of salvage for this refrig? None of the new models fit the box opening.
