Salt water cooled risers and elbows are good for 5-7 years. After that, your pushing the limit. If they leak outside, there is always the chance that they are leaking inside.
If you are sure that the pieces are still good, have a machine shop true the surfaces. You may be surprised that even unused pieces are not truely flat. If you are good, run a flat file across the mating surfaces but make sure the file is kept flat. Apply a very thin layer of Ultra Black to both sides of the gasket. If the surfaces are flat, that should do it.
