Hi, I think that the model that your looking for is a 36SE II. I believe that it started being built in 1981 or 1982 and the last year was 1984. If I've done the appropriate research, it is a cored hull boat. As I'm to understand it uses end grain. This is supposed to make it 5,000 lbs lighter (17000 as opposed to 22000). Mine is an 83 and I'm running Crusader 270s (350ci) with good performance. I've included what I think is a SEII on ebay as of 9/4/09 but it has 350s (454). I bought mine as salvage in RI and had it shipped out to Oregon. Let me know if there are other questions. I have some other info on the SEII model.
