I ended up using 4 different 50 gal (approx) tanks totaling close to 200 gals placed under the aft bunk. You then just need to plumb them together near the bottom of each tank so they all maintain the same level. I also strapped each to the deck. A single tank would probably need some form of baffling to keep the water from sloshing and shifting weight. using 4 smaller tanks means quite a bit of tedious plumbing work but an OK end product. I lost about 25 gal capacity as I recall. I also took the opportunity to put a tank level meter and water filter which I did not have before.
