Most Uniflites were made with teak starting in 1974, also teak paneling is distinctive with larger longer grain running vertical. Mahogany was more of a yellow/green hue as you call honey. It would be unusual that your's would be teak, but still possible. Look at _www.yachtworld_ (http://www.yachtworld) .com on line and compare yours to other Uniflite interiors.
