Find a good auto upholstery shop that has knowledge of cars from
before about the 1980's.  Older cars used the stretched suspended
material as a headliner; modern cars use a covered piece of fiberglass
because it's quicker and cheaper to install on an assembly line.

The problem with this stuff is that you've got to know exactly how to
pull and stretch it.  If you mess it up, you get big wrinkles.  It's
also subject to tearing if you pull it the wrong way or too tight.
