Oh, i forgot to mention. My 27' express came from michigan in 03 i'm pretty sure. And sometimes it does have the station wagon effect, usually in following seas and wind only. My helm windows open, and so do the cabin side windows. It's a very marm ol girl, will stay cozy below freezing with the heater on 750 watt, so i'm sure it will stay cool too. Only complaint i have with the design, is there is no bilge pump, or a place for it, in the fore section. I took a wave over the stern, and had to shop vac the water out after i got it home. Needs scuppers too i guess, or just maybe i need to keep it in calmer seas. It sure takes thd nasty better than a 4588 bayliner!
