I think you will find depending on what year the boat was manufactured most likely hydraulic and that a lot of boats had upper helm sations only. To put a lower station in would be huge undertaking. Trans cables ,throttle cables, instrument harness, lower helm pump etc. Big job if money is no problem. Unlimited assets would help out.
