Your problem could also with the shore power post or the marina wiring going
to the post. I would eminently contact your marina for them to check and see
if it is an issue with there wiring.

Strongsail is correct; this is nothing to full around with, get a
professional to resolve your problem ASAP.

I don't know where you keep your boat, but you should UNPLUG it from

shore power until you solve your problem.  If it's in fresh water, and

you're leaking electrical current into the water, you could KILL a

swimmer or diver with HOT underwater metals!  You think a merine

electrician is expensive?  Try a wrongful death lawsuit!  Your

insurance will hit its limits in a heartbeat.  GET IT FIXED before you

plug the boat in or run the generator!  If you have an inverter, turn

it OFF.
