Well I'm no expert on the subject, but if I went through the archives I should
find a discussion (or several) about Uniflite IDs.  It seems to me ( and I'm
sure someone will fill in the blanks) that Uniflite didn't put hull ID #s on
until the 80's.

I inherited the family boat.  I can't locate the model of the boat or
year it was built. The marine survey indicates that it was built in
1972, is 28'-2" log with a 10'-10' beam and has a fly-bridge.  It
currently has twin Chrysler 225 engines, probably 72'-74' vintage.  It
does not appear to be a Salty Dog or Mega.  I suspect it is a Sport
Sedan or Sport Fisher.  Can anyone help me identify the model of this
boat and locate its performance specifications.  Hull ID # is
UNF029721172/28
