I would recommend one with a Double roller for the Anchor up...

the Roller steal insert

Have seen wood bow pulpits break if hauling up a snagged anchor.
Nothing can prevent some of those breaks.

But the best is to have a bit of flex in there.  Like the breaks in
the Windless have to help on that.
