Probably not a shower sump - wrong side of boat and I think the shower drains
directly overboard. The A/C condensate is a possibility. But why collect it,
then pump it somewhere? And where? I'll investigate that possibility when I can
get back in there. We're having a teak and holly floor laid in there and the
first varnish coat is still drying.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Shower sump? It was also mentioned that it might be an a/c condensation sump,
but often the a/c evaporators just drain their condensate in the bilge.

Due to a leak, I had to pull the carpet (installed by PO) in the office of my

found a small tank roughly 12" x 8" x 6" deep, irregularly shaped. It has two
hoses attached leading aft and 3-wire, light gauge entering the side. I have no
idea what it is. Anyone else with this boat have any ideas?
