I have a 1984 46' Uniflite. Two questiosn:
1. When I turn on the ignition key, the OIL and TRANS lights light up, but the WATER lights (on both engines) do not. Is this normal or should the WATER lights also turn on? If the WATER lights should be on, the problem could be in the bulb or the sending units. 2. If the bulbs are burned out, I'm in trouble. I've got a known burned out OIL light on the stb engine and cannot find a replacement anywhere. Even SeaCureTec hasn't been able to find one. Any ideas? Anyone know of any Uniflites in salvage? You'd think a console dummy light would be a rather simple, straight-forward bulb, but it is not. It has two filaments and the wiring to the bulb is anything but straight-forward. I had a boat electrician come aboard and even he is confused how it works. Doug -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "UnifliteWorld" group.
