Hi there,

has anything happended regarding this one:

"A feature we're considering (and we'll test it), is a mount
option to force aggressive revalidation of dentries etc.
This means that essentially unionfs won't be caching objects
itself, but it'd depend on those cached on behalf of the
lower file systems. This will have the benefit of showing
lower changes immediately, at the expense of slower
performance. We'll test to see just how much performance
overhead this has."

or am I just blind and can not find the trick?
