Now I have finally have UnionFS working... and now it's way easier
 than one year ago, where I had to recompile a new kernel to get it
 going.... I just forgot the unionfs syntax during the year.. but
 thanks :)

I mean that now I just compiled the unionfs LKM and loaded it !
One year ago - standard OSes didn't had 2.6.9 kernels - that are
required by UnionFS, so I had to build entire (vanilla) kernel from
source w/ UnionFS patch applied.

BTW: Why 2.6.9 is required and not 2.6.8 or 2.6.0 ?
I mean what in 2.6.9 is so different from 2.6.8 for example so that
UnionFS _requires_ it?
