Thank you very very very much !!! Now I have finally have UnionFS working... and now it's way easier than one year ago, where I had to recompile a new kernel to get it going.... I just forgot the unionfs syntax during the year.. but thanks :) Anyway it's not I forgot the "-o" option. But it lacks in the man pages ! Example with error is very serious bug !
