I can confirm now that my SMP-related problems (mentioned several months

Personally I'm therefore confused. The just announced Squashfs fix
relates to a fragment table rounding error, which causes an immediate
100% reproducible oops on all systems for the affected filesystem.
The information I was given about your bug was that it only happened
on SMP systems, and it wasn't 100% reproducible.

The easiest way to check that this does fix you bug (rather than being
a false result), is to check the number of fragments in the filesystem
(this information is printed at the end of the Mksquashfs run). Only
if the number of fragments is a multiple of 8192 have you hit this
bug.
