I'm not sure I understand: are you asking us to release a tarball? We've
made several releases in Ubuntu since IndicatorNg was introduced.

Bug description:
Would it be possible for you to release 13.04 or 13.10 version with
the new (IndicatorNg) API? Alternatively, if you could at least decide
which version will come with indicator-ng.h then I could set it as a
dependency for xfce4-indicator-plugin.
