The sound menu doesn't listen to media keys. It's up to applications to
do so.

Title:
Multimedia keys don't work with Media Menu integration

Bug description:
When I'm using pandora.com with integration enabled, the pandora track
and controls show up in the media menu, but my keyboard Play/Pause and
Next Track keys only bring up the "disabled" symbol that normally
indicates there's no media available to be controlled. I would expect
hitting the Play/Pause key to pause webapp media since it works for
every other app that has Media Menu integration.
