We don't need to do anything in unity8, it's just a pure libusermetrics
change.

  There is no text in the circle on lock screen in new flashed device

Bug description:
  current build number: 167
  device name: krillin
  channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en
  last update: 2015-11-09 03:46:35
  version version: 167
  version ubuntu: 20151106.1
  version device: 20150821-736d127
  version custom: 20150925-901-35-40-vivid

  Steps:
  1.Flash the device to 167 virsion
  2.Complete the welcome wizard
  3.Lock the screen and then press the power key to light up
  4.Check if there is any text in the circle

  Expectation:
  There should be like"No videos recorded today/No photos taken today" in the 
circle

  Actual  results:
  There is nothing in the circle

  For the time being, there should be a message "No data sources
  available" on first use
