I think what's really funny is that the repairs I've seen on Al's properties are done very well, using new materials, tasteful, and with thought to energy efficiency. Yes, that sometimes might mean covering over the original galvanized steel with siding or installing new windows. But what's better, new windows with a high "R" rating or the original type with wrinkled plastic taped up on the inside.
BTW, It's much better to cat fight here than in someone's face.
