I doubt that you can find "ready made" shutters of the necessary size any
more. They can be ordered as custom builds from a number of places, but
they won't be even close to the cost of those from Home Depot (which are
most likely made in China). This Old House (I think it was) has used one
place in New England on a number of shows. There is (or was) a place with a
name like "Victorian Millwork" based in Colorado who also would custom
manufacture the shutters for you.

...However, you can just get a set of the ones from Home Depot or Lowes and
stick them in. They are a perfectly acceptable, craftsmanlike, and
affordable way to avoid paying to have them custom built.
