I don't see how an ocean-side, vacation destination, (with insanely valuable water-front) can compare in any way to west Philadelphia, a bedroom community for a major city.
Please go back to the drawing board, as this is a silly argument Ms. Lamond. I didn't think you could do worse than the GET $50K QUICK argument, but this is coming close. Please stop trying to make the HD seem necessary. You don't live in the area, the only benefit would be for you to make more money as houses supposedly increase in value and you make more in commissions. At least let someone else speak, someone that doesn't have a (mostly) financial interest in the situation.
