involve shared living quarters: roomers, roommates, coop housemates. So the fact
that one 3-story twin has "five housing units" in it while the other comprises
just "one" doesn't necessarily mean there are more renters in the first than in
the second! All data like these are inexact and should be studied on a
case-by-case basis with an eye to the questioon you are trying to answer with
them.
