Sandra and Jonathan, I have thought about offering a little more in the rent a month actually say if hey say it's $550, I'll offer $575.. He is a good dog, older 7 years old, he does not tear up anything! He has his main toy and is very happy with that. The only thing he does is jumps up on the door when I get home, which may leave a mark, but can be painted over. Christie, If you're happy with your apt, you don't need to move to a bigger one just for the supposed comfort of your dog. He needs lots of walks and runs to keep him happy and exercised and that activity is not related to the size of your apt. Admittedly, I do not know the age or size or breed, but I don't know of any dog who would be unhappy if you gave him plenty of outside activity.
