Okay,
So my topic isn't really recycling. However I spent about fifteen minutes today walking around the new Clark Park tot lot, and about as much time yesterday picking up bottles, cans, a crack vial, condom wrappers and other assorted trash.
It seems to me that the park should be cleaned on Saturday and Sunday morning since it seems to get such a trashing on Friday and Saturday night. Who do I complain to again? UCD, FOCP, or the Fairmont park Commission.

P.S. Today, I'm not really interested in complaining about the dogs running off leash that keep coming up to the tot lot from the bowl.
