"Would someone please clarify where the City Charter prohibits the noise, etc., associated with film shoots at any time during the night? I have looked cursorily at the City Charter, and have not been able to find an appropriate reference. CHAPTER 10-400. NOISE AND EXCESSIVE VIBRATION does not cover film shoots. The standard lease form in Philadelphia mentions restrictions to noise levels in dwellings, apartments, etc., but these also would not seem to apply to a film shoot. Nothing in Chapter 9 seems to cover this either."

I guess your a liberal who likes to give up you freedoms so a commercial company can infringe on our space. Maybe I'll apply for a permit to have a loud concert in front of your house next time and I bet you will find the law.
