Cutouts are great, but lots of people refuse to use them even when spaces are free. There are a couple very large, often available cutouts at the hospital on spruce by 34th street yet many of these lazy morons stop directly in front of the hospital doors for deliveries and to let people in/out, blocking both bike and car traffic. Don't even get me started on the lazy jerks making 3-point turns on spruce, Double-parked Pepsi trucks blocking 38th street at spruce all the way back to the expressway, etc.. -M. > > -Ann > -- .
