This is the place for expressing one's opinions to all who care to read. There is no "defaming" going on-- just my opinion about my experience. My opinion, as far as the business owner goes, is expessed by my continuing business with the establishment (if I like it) or failing to give it my business (if I don't care for it). There is no obligation to butt myself into somebody elses' business operation and advise them on how to run their business. That's very arrogant. If you, S, think you are obligated to tell each business owner how to operate their business, and to pass along all comments about said business, then you should be paid as a consultant by that business owner.
