And where are these so-called yuppy establishments on Balt. Ave?� I've searched and searched, I've asked the UC Safety Embassadors... nobody seems able to direct me to one of these fine establishments.� Where's the beef?� Can somebody please name ONE -- just so we can get a handle on which businesses UCD is foisting upon us?� Is Green Line Cafe and the "Mennonite Mob" in cahoots with UCD?� Inquiring minds want to > know.

The only Yuppie establishments on Baltimore Avenue are the 50th Street Firehouse and the
Health Center in the next block.
Nothing else is even close to qualifying (the rest are owned by minorities).
However, both of those clearly qualify.
One can also easily argue that the Phila Federal Credit Union also qualifies. But I know the Officers and Directors, and Yuppies they are not.
Of course, Venetian could also qualify because, even though a minority, they are Asians.
Sammy's doesn't qualify only because it has been there so long... but the gas stations probably do.
Does anybody care if Laundromats are Yuppie establishments?
OH I KNOW!!!! The Green Line !!! Clearly a Yuppie establishment if there ever was one (no plastic cups for coffee). ... now if they were only more like the Wurst House... sigh.
