[UC] Outage on Culture List

Between noon 10/20 and noon today, 10/21, 7 subscribers were unsubscribed from the University City Culture email list. As it is unlikely, given past subscription patterns, that all 7 simultaneously removed themselves, this was either due to a malicious prank or a machine error.
