How do you know who is subscribed to the list? And when they unsubscribed?
Is that public?
Not directly.
But yes, if you know how.
(The "how to" information is actually very widely known -- any listowner knows how, or should. They were told as part of their "training.")
It's a standard LISTSERV(tm) feature available on all LISTSERV(tm) lists and all of their clones that I have ever used. Access is usually restricted to list members.
There are logs which track when commands like subscribe and unsubscribe are issued.
